A: Press the on/off button and hold it for 2~3 seconds to turn on the machine

2. Q: How long does it take to charge after using this product?

A: After fully charged, It could be used intermittently for 20-25 minutes if you keep pressing the trigger.If the lights turn red and dim, the glue gun needs to be recharged. Note: You should fully charge the hot glue gun in time if you find that it is no electricity all the way through normal use. When you don’t use the glue gun for a very long time, needless to say to charge it every 15 days (just like the mobile phone battery).

3. Q: Can I use the glue gun even as charging?

A: No, for safety, it is not supported to be used even as charging.This is lithium ion cordless hot glue gun. Please use it after unplugging the cable line.

4. Q: How long does it take to heat? Can I use the glue gun immediately after starting it?

A: It takes about 2 minutes to heat the glue sticks.In order to avoid damage to the trigger by hard pull, be sure to wait 2 minutes for melting the glue sticks after starting the machine before pressing the trigger
