EASY TO USE: Mix the thermochromic pigment powder with a clear base. It’s really helpful to add a small amount of powder initially then add more steadily until the desired color is achieved. Please note that mixing generates heat as well which may currently change the color of the mixture, and be patient with the procedure.
TEMPERATURE ACTIVATED: When heat is applied to the thermochromic microcapsule, the substance structure inside the microcapsule changes, and because of this its color disappears. When colling down, the structure of the internal substance of the microcapsule returns to its original structure and color. This thermochromic pigment powder changes at 88°F from 1st color to 2nd color; whilst it’s cool down, the craft shifts to its original color.

Please note that the UV light resistance, heat-resistance and aging-resistance performance of thermochromic pigment powder is poor compared with normal paint, so attention must be paid in use.
