In addition to the line of watercolors, Golden has created QoR grounds (pronounced core) to succeed in further than the normal painting mediums into a new area of expression. QoR Cold Press Ground creates an absorbent, cool white surface that gives the illusion of rough, cold-pressed handmade paper. Highest for achieving a rough texture that may be desired with dry brush techniques. A smoother finish could also be achieved by skimming a wet pallete knife over the ground once applied. 237 ml/8 oz jar with twist off top. Currently unavailable
