Fresco Harmony Color Pack (Minor Sand), Water Based Color Additive for One 3.5 Gallon of Joint Compound

Description

The Color Pack is one complete unit that incorporates a specific Fresco Harmony color formula in line with a mixing ration of one (1) bottle (8 fl. oz.) to 3.5 gallon of all purpose joint compound. Deviation from this ratio or the use of different joint compound brands at the same job will result in color inconsistency. In other words, don’t spill it and be sure that ALL the color gets mixed in. Use the same brand of joint compound for your whole project. If not, color will likely be inconsistent and warranty void. One Color Pack will cover approximately 175 – 250 square feet of surface depending at the surface texture applied to. For substrates such as brick, popcorn, cinder block, and tile, a preparation coat the use of quickset joint compound must be applied first. MIXING STEPS:

1. Premix 3.5 gal. (one ‘box’) joint compound in a 5 gal. bucket, the use of a drill and mixing paddle add about 1.5 cups of clean water and mix thoroughly.
2. Shake Color Pack bottle vigorously for about a minute and empty into pre-mixed bucket of joint compound.
3. Fill bottle approximately a quarter full with clean water, shake vigorously and rinse bottle completely clear of color.
4. Thoroughly mix color into joint compound the use of a drill and mixing paddle until color is consistent and the joint compound is smooth.

APPLICATION STEPS:

• Using a pool trowel, apply Base coat flippantly at the surface and make allowance to dry overnight.
• Apply 2nd Coat with desired ‘movement’ and make allowance to dry overnight.
