This set includes various beautiful colors all of which are translucent. They are ideal for creating glazes and layering especially when mixed with Wax Medium and/or XD Wax Medium. Colors included are 1.5 fl oz Hot Cakes of Italian Golden Ochre Quinacridone Red Ultramarine Rose Prussian Blue Vagone Green Earth and Transparent Red Earth. Also included is 4 fl oz of both our original Wax Medium and XD Wax Medium which has a much higher content of damar resin. Both are ideal for making glazes by adding a small amount of encaustic paint. You’ll also receive our cleaning wax referred to as Slick Wax in a 6 oz refillable metal tin. The Slotted Brush(Between 1 and 1 1/2 Inches Wide) and one 3/4 inch Enkaustikos Hog Bristle Brush that are in this set are ideal for encaustic painting. Each and every set includes an empty tin and a mail-in coupon for free paint!
