Stir the oil in well

Keep in mind that to stir the oil in well. This helps to break each drop up and spread it around in the cup, for better results.

You don’t need much oil, around 3 drops per 10 fluid ounces.

If you have difficulty getting cells, don’t use more oil, use some heat and make sure your pouring medium is not too thick.

Stretch the cells to make them bigger

To create large cells you have to tilt the canvas to stretch them out, after the cells have appeared. Stretch slowly from side to side to take a look at and keep the shape of the cell. (If you are having trouble keeping the cell shape, You’ll be able to tilt to cover the canvas before you apply heat to bring out the cells. You’ll be able to still stretch them a little, although the cells will usually be smaller, but cute!)
