Daniel Smith transparent blender has all the qualities of our original oils without the color. It mixes easily with oils, holds a similar brushstroke and dries at the same rate for versatile blending. This colorless, non-pigmented blender has the texture of our Daniel Smith original oil colors. Since our paints are so heavily pigmented, you’ll use this medium to extend your paints and lead them to more transparent at the same time as maintaining the quality of your brush strokes. Since the blender dries at the same rate as the original oils, we also added one of the most in a similar fashion textured painting medium for oils and alkyds to hasten drying.
